Onboard training to new underwriters within the department which includes:Test case reviews for new underwriters which includes making sure all conditions have been applied to the loan, ensuring system data is correct and all external reports are pulled as required. Clear to close reviews to ensure system accuracy and all conditions have been met. One on one mentoring/training with 3rd party services used by the department. Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, the Wholesale Account Executive’s responsibilities include developing and operating a territory within the wholesale sales channel including developing new territories throughout their areas and increasing monthly volume through continuing development of new relationships and maintaining existing relationships. Job Functions:Educate and pre-qualify brokers on opportunities with Homeward Residential for residential mortgages Sign up brokers on the Homeward Residential Client Select Plan for Broker and Emerging Banker Train brokers on residential mortgages through presentations Interface with brokers on a weekly basis via a personal visits, phone calls and/or marketing emails Maintain active communication with the processing team concerning broker client needs Create increased broker contacts by continual prospecting of new brokers through seminars and broker referrals Attend all trainings, sales meetings and orientations as directed by the Regional Sales manager or the Vice President of Sales Maintain proficiency of Homeward Residential product guideline changes and communicate these timely to active customers.
