General Summary: The Director Indirect Channel Programs will be responsible for the development and management / leadership of strategic Indirect Channel programs and company Indirect Channel Managers for RCN/Grande and possible future acquisitions. They will provide support and create programs to allow managers to act as a conduit  linking RCN/Grande strategy to indirect channel partner strategy, helping to develop and execute strategic plans for driving overall sales revenue through new and existing distribution channels.
