Behavioral Modification Assistant: Pay range from $16.91 - $23.41. The Behavior Modification Assistant (BMA) is responsible for assisting in assessing individual's needs by performing direct care duties, developing and implementing residential and habilitation support plans with goals and methods. Communicating with team members and other agencies, evaluating and documenting out-comes, and maintaining or modifying the plan and performing related work as required. The BMA serves as a principal provider of behavior modification services to the work site team.
Residential Program Lead: Pay range from $18.31 - $25.32. Responsibilities include: ccoordination of day to day operations assisting supported persons to achieve their goals, oversight of staff schedules and activities of supported persons, direct other staff to perform household tasks. This employee is also responsible for performing other duties as assigned to ensure that the site remains in compliance with standards and supported people are given the assistance they need and a variety of opportunities to pursue their life goals.
