What's the role?
The Human Resources Generalist partners with management and HR leadership to provide consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti team members. The position is critical to supporting Hilti’s caring and performance-oriented culture, which serves as the foundation of the Hilti culture.

What does the role involve?
Day to day, you will be responsible for employee development programs, succession planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, HRIS reporting, legal compliance, project management, compensation strategy execution, and organizational development in support of Hilti’sbusiness objectives, priorities, and strategic initiatives. The ideal HRGeneralist will have strong written and verbal communication and sound judgment when navigating challenging situations.

What you need is:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Extensive knowledge of current employment-related laws and best practices in human resource processes.
Proficiency in written and oral communication, including strong negotiation skills.
High level of motivation and customer focus.
Continuous improvement mentality required in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
