Salary Range: $21.61 - $31.39/hourly; $45,122 - $65,542/annually
The Dental Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervisory and responsibility for the Southern Cities Dental and Psychiatric. The primary objective of the clinics this position manages is to provide people with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and serious and persistent mental illness with the care they need. This population of clients are unable to obtain services in the community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete oversight and maintenance of work-flow, and staff management within the dental clinic.
Management and development of budgets following statewide accounting systems procedures.
Accountable for financial results of each clinic managed.
Management of patient accounts, automated billing systems and third-party payers to ensure proper reimbursement may be obtained.
Guide the performance of the clinic employees in the daily clinic operations and develop performance measures.
Supervise and direct employees and practitioners to ensure that needs of the clinic are met.

(1) years of professional experience
Experience with and knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting, and financial management.
Experience with management, including monitoring resources and financial funds.
Experience with practices and policies surrounding personnel management.
Experience in a dental/medical setting.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance or related field can substitute for one year of experience.
An Associate's in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance or related field can substitute for six months of experience.
