The Sr. Analyst, Real Estate is a key member of Retail Real Estate and serves as the first level point of contact for the lease operations team for escalations, including legal and audit issues. Responsible for handling or guiding specialized Lease Operations functions, such as landlord relationships, performing complex lease interpretation, complex reconciliations, quality assurance of lease data, escalated landlord disputes and grievances. This position serves as a lead representative and SME for lease compliance for the commercial and retail sites. Essential FunctionsServes as escalation for commercial/retail and portfolio management team. Drives timely resolution of lease operations matters. Uses and analyzes department's established processes and standard operating procedures to provide appropriate guidance and direction. Responsible for review and signing of lease related documents, writing escalation letters and developing/overseeing processes to support the portfolio. Serves a lead point of contact for landlord relationships for the commercial/retail portfolios. Analyzes and monitors monthly reports. Responsible to gather and interpret metric data, identifying and communicating gaps, trends and areas of opportunity to individuals and management. Perform complex lease interpretation, audits and analysis to ensure lease data quality and financial accuracy. Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. May serve as the lead for special projects and programs by representing commercial Lease Compliance and by recommending procedural or process improvements, involving and informing other team members as required. STUFF YOU TELL PEOPLE AT PARTIES YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 3+ year's specific wireless/telecommunications experience related to property management, real estate or lease operations. Comprehensive understanding of lease contracts and ability to interpret complex lease language and enforce lease rights. Experience managing a large portfolio of locations. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate lease and property related information in a clear and concise manner. Experience working with Legal and auditors and facilities on property management and lease administration issues. Strong analytical skills with experience defining reporting requirements and monitoring metrics. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and determine appropriate sense of urgency under pressure and tight deadlines. Must be solution-driven with the ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully and to implement an appropriate response plan. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience as a lead or in a leadership role. Proven record of demonstrating proper judgment and managing difficult situations. Advanced experience with MS Office programs, specifically Excel and aptitude for learning new software quickly. Experience utilizing real estate, lease administration or site management database systems. Desired1 year of leadership experience Education Bachelor's degree preferred.
