LET'S GET STARTED. As an Engineering Intern or Co-op you'll have the chance to help Altria shape the future and deliver winning results in an exciting and dynamic time. You'll experience on-the-job training, access to mentors and educational opportunities. You'll be challenged and empowered to: - Execute multiple real-world project tasks, as part of cross-functional teams - Assist in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting and troubleshooting - Document project work in formal reports and present findings/ recommendations to senior management upon course completion Note: Alternate Co-op participants will alternate semesters or terms working full-time with going to school full-time. During each rotation, the student is expected to work regularly scheduled workdays, or 40 hours per week.
