Home Surplus is a category-killing warehouse superstore looking for a Pro Experience Manager to build and grow relationships with contractors, installers, and small business owners. The ideal candidate will be a natural networker who can drive sales, network in the field, and create opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements

Find and connect with new Pro customers (calls, visits, networking)
Learn customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Host store tours, Pro events, and industry meetups
Track leads and opportunities in Salesforce
Represent Home Surplus in the field ~40% of the time - especially in DC and Northern VA, while serving your customers in store ~60% of the time.
