Requirements
3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, home health coordination, or case management
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Knowledge of home health operations and compliance standards
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, scheduling systems, and digital tools
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
