Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for generating sales in multi-family units in their respective assigned region. This includes networking with MDU property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents, and other property staff. The Account Manager will also be responsible for hosting community events within MDU properties to promote and sell fiber internet to residential customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six (6) months of sales and/or customer service experience – OR – current or prior military service
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner
  • Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and be able to handle rejection in the selling process well
  • Must work in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record
