Job Description
Maintains up-to-date billing system and follow up, collection and allocation of payments. Processes accounts payable duties, and handles client/vendor queries. Organizes recovery system and initiates collection efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable/payable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
