Job Description
Parts Town is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to provide support to the Accounting department. The role involves investigating invoices, resolving payment blocks, and building relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasking, data-entry guru with a desire to problem solve and improve processes.
Requirements
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Master of time management and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
