Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II, DC is responsible for supporting the Distribution Center leadership team, performing routine and extemporized office and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of Clerical/Administrative experience
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to work with customers and co-workers and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company and job
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational, mathematic, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others
  • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment
