Job Description
Administrative Coordinator position responsible for supporting all administrative processes, including support for managers and providers within our practice. Primary functions include supporting day-to-day operations, administrative support, community and team relations, and other duties as needed.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Website Updates for the practice
Strong time management and organizational skills
Very strong interpersonal skills
Highly resourceful team-player
Ability to develop and execute team training materials
