Job Description
Administrative Coordinator position responsible for supporting all administrative processes, including support for managers and providers within our practice. Primary functions include supporting day-to-day operations, administrative support, community and team relations, and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Website Updates for the practice
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player
  • Ability to develop and execute team training materials
