Job Description
The Vale lab at the Whitehead Institute is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their lab operations. The role involves providing analytical and specialized administrative support to the PI and research staff, including lab supply ordering, travel, budget preparation and monitoring, event planning, grant and manuscript preparation, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five or more years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of lab personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to communicate required information and draft routine correspondence
