Job Description
The AP Analyst is responsible for centralized AP Support Help Desk inquiry resolution, supporting cross functional departments and business segments, and has month end reporting and analysis responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional service to all internal and external customers
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners and suppliers
  • Review supplier statements and account reconciliations
  • Monitor outstanding checks and assist with escheatment process
  • Gather data for AP metrics reporting
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support to less experienced team members
  • Participate and support department projects and company initiatives
