Job Description
We are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee a team of Community Managers and provide direction to deliver service that meets or exceeds client expectations. The role involves developing and supporting others, and growing professionally in areas such as team leadership, presentation skills, and fiscal management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of solid leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven record of accomplishment in a customer service environment
  • Ability to lead a team of 10 employees or more
  • Experience in HOA community management is not required
