Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration/development experience
  • Strong understanding of core ServiceNow applications with focus on the Hardware Asset Management module
  • Hands-on scripting experience and client/server scripting
  • Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and API-based data exchanges
  • Experience with upgrade cycles and instance management
  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
