Job Description
The Assets Protection Team Leader role is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, implementing daily/weekly workload priorities, and responding to external and internal theft incidents. The role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
  • Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage your workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Effective communication skills
