Job Description
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures, and providing exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with flexible work schedule
Team player
Dynamic leader
Previous experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage
Leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
Experience with training, financial management, and customer service
Proficient in general computer knowledge
Luxury brand experience
