Job Description
We are hiring Assistant Teachers for our lovely Guidepost Montessori school at Celebration Park in Federal Way! The role involves supporting a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddler, and Preschool (ages 3-6) children in a Montessori environment.
Requirements
Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting
Observing children closely to understand and best meet their needs
Preparing a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration
Providing individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development
Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of collaboration and respect
