Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village, a nationally recognized Healthcare Force for Good, is seeking an Assistant Program Director to provide administrative and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary clinical staff. The role involves managing clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and coordinating staff support. The Assistant Director will also monitor program service quality and adherence to agency policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other Human Services field.
At least Three-Five (3-5) years’ experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment.
OASAS CASAC certification as an Advanced Counselor or a NYSED Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with a Master’s degree.
OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II (30 hours) completed (or equivalent equivalent LMSW/LMHC/LCSW status).
Successful completion of all CASAC Level 3 and 4 in one year of hire date (for advanced/Master roles).
