Requirements

  • Previous spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, guest-centered leadership style
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational environments and real-time decision-making
  • Administrative aptitude including scheduling, payroll support, and cross-functional coordination
