Associate Benefit Technology Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain client benefit portals on Employee Navigator, including site setup, annual updates, testing, data imports, and troubleshooting system issues
Serve as a systems subject matter expert, providing client support, triaging inquiries, delivering ad-hoc training, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies
Ensure data integrity and clear communication, auditing system information, preparing client communications, and supporting special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years in a client-facing analytical or benefits administration role; Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in Excel required; experience with Employee Navigator or similar platforms a plus
Strong troubleshooting, data management, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; adept at working with both technical and non-technical audiences; team-oriented with a commitment to client service and problem-solving

Salary range is $47K to 52K per year.
