Job Description
We're seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations, Merchant Onboarding & Experience to improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for small and medium-sized merchants. The role will involve identifying process inefficiencies, building visibility tools, and driving scalable solutions across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, building and optimizing processes from the ground up
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to use data to uncover insights
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to diagnose root causes and translate findings into actionable, scalable solutions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
