Job Description
The Associate Vice President for Individual Giving and Campaign Priorities provides strategic leadership and oversight for major and principal gift fundraising across Temple University. This role is responsible for driving philanthropic support aligned with the university’s highest institutional priorities, ensuring a coordinated and high performing approach to individual giving across schools, colleges, and central initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree
  • At least ten (10) years of directly related experience and progressively responsible experience in major and principal gift fundraising, including leadership of high-performing teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed
