Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring, interviewing, pay administration, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role will manage and analyze HR programs and maintain knowledge of HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
  • Manage Medical, Dental, leave of absence and programs such as COBRA, FMLA, 401k, Pregnancy Leave and other programs as appropriate.
  • Assist in payroll processing including management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
