EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Audio Visual Tier II Support Field Technician to provide technical support to clients, with a focus on resolving issues related to video conferencing equipment and providing ongoing technical support. The role requires up to 60-70% travel and includes responsibilities such as on-site troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to be self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills in Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Clearone, QSC, and other AV/VC related hardware and signal flow
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
