Job Description
We are seeking an Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience and leadership skills. As an Audit Manager, you will oversee multiple client engagements, manage teams, and provide thought leadership on complex issues. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing staff, and contributing to business growth.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive public accounting background with management experience
  • 3+ years leading teams and audit engagements
  • Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit preparation software
  • Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS
  • CPA certification or eligibility to sit is highly desirable
