Job Description
McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking an AV Conference and Collaboration Engineer to lead the deployment, support, and optimization of audio-visual (AV) and conferencing solutions across our corporate offices and construction job sites.

Requirements

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for AV conferencing and collaboration platforms
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of conference room hardware
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to AV quality, connectivity, and software integration
  • Manage incident response and root cause analysis for recurring conferencing issues
  • Provide technical support and training to users
  • Coordinate onsite assessments and health checks to proactively identify issues and recommend technical specifications for new conference room builds or upgrades
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
