AV Field Engineer

Requirements

• Install, configure, and commission AV systems
• Perform system testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Work with IT and networking teams to integrate AV systems into enterprise networks
• Conduct on-site system diagnostics and resolve hardware, cabling, and software configuration issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls on installed systems
• Provide client training, documentation, and post-installation support
• Maintain accurate installation records, equipment inventories, and field reports
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
