Job Description
This role works closely with the Vice President of Service Delivery to ensure seamless coordination between internal operations and external service execution, leading process improvement initiatives and managing the Shared Services team.

Requirements

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for Shared Services
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Manage and mentor Shared Services team leaders
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and the VP of Service Delivery
  • Champion the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
