Job Description
Provides supervision and support to tellers to ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner. Monitors and trains transactional processing staff to support bank marketing efforts and cross-sell products. Ensures compliance of all policies and procedures affecting day-to-day operations. Performs related duties to assist in achieving banking center goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office suite skills
