Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits Program Coordinator based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The Coordinator works with company health partners and vendors to provide quality benefits to eligible membership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Human Resources, or similar)
At least two years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience preferred
Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
Ability to work as an integral part of a team
Ability to work independently or with minimal direction
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to task
Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred
Must be available to travel nationwide 25%-50% of the time

Base salary range of $56,500 - $60,000
