Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits Program Coordinator based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The Coordinator works with company health partners and vendors to provide quality benefits to eligible membership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Human Resources, or similar)
  • At least two years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal direction
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to task
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred
  • Must be available to travel nationwide 25%-50% of the time
