Job Description
Dungarvin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create lasting change for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their day programs. This role combines clinical work with leadership and collaboration, guiding practice and seeing progress firsthand. The BCBA will design and implement individualized behavior support plans and work with families and the interdisciplinary team. Dungarvin emphasizes collaboration, growth, and providing a supportive and impactful experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to maintaining active BCBA certification.
  • Ability to travel between Southern California Day Programs (Long Beach, Norwalk, Signal Hill) and Northern California Day Programs (Vacaville, Fairfield).
