Job Description
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in their Adult Services Division. The role involves daily management of caseloads, training and implementation of behavior plans, conducting assessments and analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders. BCBAs will also provide ongoing training to DSPs, focusing on functional strategies, behavior reduction, and reinforcement techniques.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of referral procedures
  • Ability to remain composed under duress
