Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, A/P, and A/R
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Payroll and timekeeping support experience required
  • Basic understanding of general ledger accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Comfortable with using customer/vendor portals
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in financial and personnel matters
  • Excellent attendance and ability to work independently
