Requirements

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Solid knowledge of standard bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume transactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
