Job Description

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Branch Manager to manage the successful execution and profitability of their assigned branch office in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational controls, health and safety performance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
Direct and optimize overall operations
Review operational reports and provide operational input
Monitor overall branch performance and provide solutions to problems
Provide overall leadership and direction
Ensure employees are operating in accordance with company goals and objectives
Conduct periodic field visits to inspect equipment and working environment
Work closely with District Manager to monitor safety statistics
Aggressively market the Company services and seek growth opportunities
Prepare annual budget and monitor repair and maintenance costs
Monitor on-going updates of equipment, parts inventories, and general purchasing process
Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff under your management
