Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) who can turn great work into consistent growth. As a contractor with Acceler8, you’ll collaborate with our leadership team, work on meaningful projects, and play a key role in expanding our US-based client base.
Requirements
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through research, outreach, and relationship building
Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to connect with decision-makers at marketing-led, performance-driven brands
Lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and position Acceler8 as the right growth partner
Create and present tailored proposals that communicate our value clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline progress, outreach activity, and conversion rates
Represent Acceler8 at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence
