Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) who can turn great work into consistent growth. As a contractor with Acceler8, you’ll collaborate with our leadership team, work on meaningful projects, and play a key role in expanding our US-based client base.

Requirements

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through research, outreach, and relationship building
  • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to connect with decision-makers at marketing-led, performance-driven brands
  • Lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and position Acceler8 as the right growth partner
  • Create and present tailored proposals that communicate our value clearly and confidently
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline progress, outreach activity, and conversion rates
  • Represent Acceler8 at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence
