Job Description
Harrow, a leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Business Engagement Manager for its Southern Region. The role involves managing customer relationships, executing business strategies, and advocating for portfolio performance. This is a key member of the commercial team, reporting to the VP of Strategic Accounts and Business Engagement, responsible for MBO, customer retention, and executive leadership of assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of strategic Retina and/or Ophthalmology sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with MBA desirable (additional years of service can replace MBA)
  • Experience with the execution of targeted business plans
  • C Suite Business Acumen
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of CRMs and Microsoft Office software
