Job Description
Pure is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (HRSD) to join their new HR Technology, PMO & Analytics organization. This role will be crucial in optimizing the HR Service Delivery platform, enabling smarter and more efficient employee experiences, and contributing to the transformation of Pure’s HR operations. The ideal candidate will partner with various teams to deliver impactful technology and process solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting HR systems or ServiceNow platforms.
  • Proven experience leading HR technology projects from assessment through implementation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, and audit tables.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher preferred.
