Job Description
Versiti is seeking a full-time Call Center Agent to recruit and engage current and past donors through outbound phone calls and interaction with various contact center tools. The role is accountable for individual performance metrics and team goals, focusing on providing excellent customer service and donor education. This is a customer service position with potential for growth.
Requirements
High School Diploma required
1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn job-specific applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Moderate to high level of experience working within a multi-channel contact center
