Job Description
This position will serve as a point of contact for inquiring and enrolled students interested in UTI, MMI, or NASCAR Technical Institute programs, and facilitate answering general questions, scheduling student appointments, and transferring to a functional Financial Aid team member.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0 – 2 years customer service experience
  • Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
  • Ability to listen, react and establish rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and action oriented
  • Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to organize and provide clerical functions such as typing
  • Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word and Excel
