Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Manager/“Designated Care Manager” to provide high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves hands-on care, physical and emotional support, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as a resource for families and the team. The organization promotes quality of life for all seniors through strong community values and policies.

Requirements

  • Review and document daily logs to learn about residents.
  • Observe, report, and document resident symptoms and conditions.
  • Complete assigned housekeeping tasks.
  • Serve meals and assist with dining services.
  • Participate in activities and engage with residents.
  • Maintain resident room and common areas in cleanliness.
  • Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
