Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Manager/“Designated Care Manager” to provide high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves hands-on care, physical and emotional support, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as a resource for families and the team. The organization promotes quality of life for all seniors through strong community values and policies.
Requirements
Review and document daily logs to learn about residents.
Observe, report, and document resident symptoms and conditions.
Complete assigned housekeeping tasks.
Serve meals and assist with dining services.
Participate in activities and engage with residents.
Maintain resident room and common areas in cleanliness.
Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
CPR and First Aid certification.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
