Job Description
We're looking for a Central Region Sales Officer to join our team. As a key member of the region leadership team, you'll help guide and support the Strategic Planning process, work with divisions and offices to support effective implementation of HNTB's SSA process, and help guide and support the effective implementation of HNTB's Super Client program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15 years related experience
  • 20 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to conduct Super Mega and Mega Sales Preparedness and Winnability Assessments and Coaching for growth Clients and pursuits
  • Ability to work through the Line Organization to ensure effective utilization of the Corp's Government Relations Program around targeted growth Clients and Mega/Super Mega pursuits
