Job Description
Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. As a part of the Telecare Family, La Paz is a 148 bed Gero-Psychiatric center which serves adults 55 and older. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in Skilled Nursing Facilities that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Current Nursing Assistant Certification
Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
