Chief Compliance Officer - Corporate

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required
• Active license to practice law per state requirement required
• Ten or more years of relevant compliance health care-related law experience in a law firm and/or healthcare system required
• Five or more years of supervisory experience is required, preferably in healthcare
• Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: employment law, healthcare regulatory law, litigation and litigation management, or payor relationships and agreements
