Job Description
The Indiana State of Child Services Attorney provides legal support to juvenile clients, county offices, and the central office, focusing on child welfare, adoption, foster care, and other child safety matters. This role offers a mix of trial experience and support for internal legal processes, and may involve court and administrative work. The position is currently open and provides immediate trial experience.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of Jurisprudence
  • Indiana Bar Admission with license in good standing or admission to the bar of any state with license in good standing
  • Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply relevant statutes, case law, and rules
