Job Description
The Multidimensional Family Therapist provides in-person intensive treatment services to families, including crisis intervention, parent guidance, and education, advocacy, and linkages to other services in neighborhood schools and communities. The Therapist will work with families and adolescents in their home environment, conducting clinical sessions with youth, parents, and families.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related behavioral science
  • Receipt of provisional license (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
  • Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention
  • Ability to function independently
  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
  • Communication Proficiency
